Let the entire America understand that
you and the Jefferson State Militia are the

I don't know if you had a hand in directing a group of
JSM to come to our aid... while fighting a wrongful
eviction from our own home which we paid for years
ago.. certain local public officials turned their backs
as a very corrupt big time land developer and the local
law tried to complete the illegal eviction... it was tense
beyond belief.... we were not going to go down without
a fight and believe me, our guns were locked and cocked
As we watched from our barricaded windows a convoy
of six vehicles arrived and deployed in the face of the
eviction party.... two of the JSM individuals had words
with the a hole corrupt land developer and immediately
him and the others got in their vehicles and quickly
sped away... this past week we received via fed ex.
a legal note abandoning the 'eviction process' against
us.... because of this action, I have recruited 16
new family units for the JSM.... There is Hope!

... living in the heart of California's
Central
Valley somewhere northeast of Modesto,
my
family and our legal migrant workers were
constantly intimidated and finally attacked
by
the Mexican Mafia because we would not
pay tribute and 'employ certain Mexican
Mafia Illegals ...
We had on numerous occasions contacted the
local sheriff and police, who told us they
could
do nothing about the allegations ...
Allegations, hell I have had two dogs, four
cows
and a score of tractor and truck tires
killed or
ruined!
I'm a former Desert War Vet
and my two sons
have served in Iraq, so when the threats
became
actual hits and costing us damage and
sleepless
nights I called a meeting with my wife, sons
and
legal farm workers. It was plain from the
start
that we all were not willing to cower to the
Mexican Mafia and their demands.
Wrongly or right, I opened my gun safe to my
family
and my Mexican workers.
On the third night after our meeting, my top
hand
worker came running in and explaining that
the Mexican Mafia had cut through the south
east fence and were setting fire to the pump
station. My self, wife, sons and workers
jumped
into our trucks and drove lights out to the
pump
station.
Upon arriving we were shot at by automatic
weapons and could see the hits upon our
windshields and other parts of our vehicles.
It is one thing to know how to pull a
trigger
and quite another to know how to fight a
gun battle which I and my two former
military
sons were educated in.
After ten minutes of evaluating the manner
of our attackers, we formed a battle plan
and
soon had the bastards bleeding and running
for their lives... While the gunfight was in
full stream, my cellphone vibrated to
announce
that the local sheriff was inquiring about
'all the
reports of gunfire over at my place..'
'Sheriff', I said, '... Don't worry about
it... we
have been taking care of business and not
worrying
about political correctness. The JSM is
here to
stay and you can join us or oppose us,
but
we are
not going to further obey the orders of you
or
anyone else who goes contrary to the US
Constitution or the Bill of Rights!
And as far as I'm concerned Sheriff, your a
no
good SOB for ignoring this problem from the
beginning... '
America has been Hijacked and the likes
of Our once heroic FBI are now
corrupted into working against the
US Constitution and the Freedoms
herein granted...
Wake Up America...

is important to the militia is what is important to all
Americans. We are concerned with the health of this nation.
Militia members are a cross section of the American people.
Many of us have been active in the political realm to voice
our opinion to our elected leaders. Our voice has yet to be heard.
We will not tolerate any trouble makers, Jew haters, bigots,
racists, dissenters of any type first and foremost. We are here
to reestablish the Militias reputation. The militia is a formation
of communities. This is true now as it was throughout the
history of this land. We the people have gathered together to
form one voice in the hope that we will be heard.
Our communities are banding together across this country to
form one voice which is getting louder each day. It is not the
guns of the militia that our government fears, we have not fired
a single shot. The people are uniting together as one to bring
out the truth, justice and liberty that we are Americans!

we will assist local state and government in times where
manpower has been exhausted. We stand against enemies

DIRECTION -
1. We, the Jefferson State
Militia (JSM) shall always be
available to bolster
public safety concerns; whether
it involves keeping order,
safe guarding of
general and specific
stores, water supplies, traffic
control,
and limited engineering
projects.
2. In the event of hostile
enemy action within the
jurisdiction of the
Jefferson State Militia; we
the militia will shall
engage enemy forces independently
and or in conjunction with
recognized US Military/Police
forces.
3. The Jefferson State
Militia roster/membership will
NOT be made public as to
ensure the privacy and
safety of our corps, their
families and associated
businesses.
4. Jefferson State Militia
members are responsible
for obtaining and
maintaining their equipment, weapons,
and meeting training
standards at the direction of
JSM Staff.
5. New members shall
submit their weapons to our
Ordinance Specialists for
evaluation, resulting
in an oral assessment and
declaration of worthiness.
(This process will be
arranged by appointment and or
announcement and will not
at any time deprive the
weapon's owner of control,
and or
contact with weapon(s)).
6. JSM members, who have
military training will be
encouraged to take direct
leadership roles regarding
drills, field work, and or
general and specific education.
7. JSM members who are
owners and or partners in such
businesses that are
relative to militia activities are
encouraged to offer such
services and or goods at
cost plus ten percent to
JSM members.
8. JSM members and their
families are the first
priority in all instances
of public safety and or
homeland security. And at
no time shall JSM
members and their families
be denied any and all the
resources of the JSM
deemed necessary to safeguard
and maintain their status
as a member in good standing.
9. JSM members are
encouraged to solicit possible new
members, who fit the
general profile and qualification
standards. Such new member
candidates will or will not
be approved of JSM staff,
depending on circumstances
and privacy issues.
10. JSM is open to all
police/sheriff officers, as well as;
current members of any
branch of the U.S. Military.
JSM is open to all clergy,
medical personal and or
established professional
functions of State, City and
County.
11. JSM is open to all
levels of the 'working force'
enforcing youth age
restrictions and or parental
consent. At no time shall
any member or potential
member be denied or
disqualified on account
of aging.
12. JSM is at this time
NOT open to the mentally challenged,
substance abusers, and or
known potential problems
regarding inability to
socialize, follow directions, and or
persistent general abuse
of the common law.
13. JSM will consider on a
'case by case basis' such
individuals who have yet
to obtain U.S. Citizenship
and at no time shall the
JSM be bullied, forced
and or intimidated into
co-operating, performing
duties and or services
that are not within the
interests of the corps.
14. The Jefferson State
Militia is modeled on traditional
Judeo-Christian values.
At no time shall those
traditional
Judeo-Christian values be substituted and
or over-ridden by whatever
other organized religious
orders and customs.
15. JSM members are
required to maintain common moral
standards within the corps
as well as the community.
16. The Jefferson State
Militia official language shall be American
English.
17. The Jefferson State
Militia shall function within
the realm of the
Declaration of Independence, the
Us Constitution, The Bill
of Rights, the
common law,
and applied science.
18. JSM members and or
potential members
shall be required to full fill annual money dues,
the exact amount shall be determined at a later
time.
